We reserve the right to refuse service if our policy is not followed.


NO REFUND ON ANY PAYMENTS unless a mistake was made on the service provider’s behalf.


All clients requesting any of the listed services must be 18 years and older. A form of ID (state issued or military) must be

presented before services begin. Dishonesty on any part of the intake form will result in a cancelled appointment.


*Do not shave or trim hair prior to scheduled appointment or services will not be performed.

* At least 2 weeks or more of hair growth

* Do not shower or bath less than 5 hours of scheduled appointment

*Arrive to appointment 5 minutes early


Scheduling Policy:


Returning client- If you have exceeded the 6-week Brazilian maintenance limit, please book for a Brazilian. You will be


charged accordingly if you do not book correctly.


A 65% deposit is required for all services. The deposit will go towards your service(s) but is nonrefundable. The

remaining balance can be paid in either credit/debit card or cash after being serviced. (An additional $2 fee for all

credit/debit card charges) No cash app, PayPal or apple pay etc. Absolutely no refunds on any payments.

There will be no changing services in the room or adding additional services while being serviced. Be sure to add all

services wanted during the booking process. Also, read booking process thoroughly because you will only receive the

services booked. If you have booked incorrectly there will be an additional $10 charge and if time allows, I can perform


the correct service, if not you will have to reschedule.


Late Policy:


If you are more than 5minutes late for your scheduled appointment, an additional $15 will be charged due to being late.

After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to reschedule. The applied deposit or any

payments made will not be refunded but can be applied to rescheduled appointment. The appointment must be

rescheduled within 15days for deposit, or any payments made to apply, after 15 days a new deposit will be required.

A "no show" to a scheduled appointment will result in you being charged the full amount of any

service scheduled and/or any payments made toward the scheduled appointment will not be refunded.

Client will have to schedule for a new appointment.


Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:


Cancellation or rescheduling of services must be done within 24-hour notice of scheduled appointment. If a service is


canceled after 24hour period, client will have to schedule a new appointment and no payments made will be refunded.

If a client reschedules an appointment after 24-hour period, a $10 fee will be charged. 


Extra Guests/Children Policy:


For safety reasons and insurance requirements no kids or extra guests allowed. If you bring any extra people and/or kids

with you not receiving a service, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day/time. Deposit will


not be refunded, and the above $10 fee applies too.


Weather/Emergency Policy:


In the event of inclement weather, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster (such as government shut down)

deposits or any payments made are still nonrefundable and packages are nonrefundable. All appointments will be


rescheduled accordingly.

Chargeback/Dispute Policy:


There is a $35 chargeback fee. If you decide to try to obtain a refund by disputing with your bank, I'D Wax That Studios

has partnered with our payment processor for Chargeback Protection. This allows businesses with a No Refund Policy as

stated above to be protected. Details regarding our policy will be provided to your bank on our behalf and you will be


responsible for the cost of the original charge plus $35.

Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy for Products:


Strict no refund or return policy. Once order has been placed, any changes need to be done within 24 hours of your

purchase. That includes changes to the shipping address as well. If your order is lost or stolen, Id Wax That Studios is not

responsible for your missing items. Once items have been shipped and tracking number provided, we are no longer

responsible or liable for your order. Processing for orders is 3-5 business days. You should expect your items to then be

shipped within 7-10 business days. Please note this an estimate time frame that allows us to get your order to you as

diligently as possible. You will receive an email with your tracking number within those days. Remember products are

100% natural and handmade.

of our products and/or services provided. Agreeing to the terms and conditions upon booking an appointment, you are legally bonded, and it will be assumed that you have read all terms and conditions prior.

  • Does waxing hurt?
    Not a yes or no answer. Everyone has different pain tolerances. What may be painful to someone may not be painful to someone else. In our studio we take many measures to make the experience comfortable.
  • How long will may wax last?
    Your wax will last at least 4-6 weeks following your appointment.
  • Will my hair grow back thicker?
    Your hair will do just the opposite. When the hair is removed from the root it will grow back thinner and softer.
  • What kind of wax do you use?
    A combination of hard and soft wax. Depending on the area being waxed. Both are hypoallergenic and for sensitive skin.
  • Why should I wax?
    Keeping a consistent wax schedule brings many benefits. Your hair will grow back less, leaving you smooth and soft. Its also a form of self-care.
  • What do I need to do after my wax?
    Several things you can do. First be sure to wear loose clothing. 24 hours following your appointment you should reframe from sex, exercise, pool, and sauna. Exfoliate every 3 days after your appointment and moisturize every single day (We do provide products to exfoliate and moisturize with). This routine helps maintain healthy skin. Also avoid perfumed products like lotions, shower gels, bar soaps, lotions and/or creams.
